What’s included in our Simple Cremation package?

​

 

• We’ll give advice, help and support on everything to do with the funeral; along with professional bereavement support should it be required.

 

• Transportation of the deceased in to our care from hospital, home, care home or nursing home between 8.30am and 4.30pm

 

• Care of the deceased at our chapel of rest with viewing of an open or closed coffin if requested

 

• We will dress the deceased in their own clothes supplied by you or one of our gowns.

 

• Celebrant/Priest/Humanist will visit family prior to taking the chosen type of service that will produce the funeral most fitting for the deceased.

 

• Our Hearse

 

• Funeral Director

 

• Four Bearers

 

• The bereaved family and mourners will be met at Thanet Crematorium for a funeral before 10am.

 

• Cremated Remains will be delivered or can be collected (if desired) within 28 days of the funeral.

Get Help with Funeral Costs

 

You could be entitled to a Funeral Expenses Payment (also called a Funeral Payment) if you get certain benefits and need help to pay for a funeral you are arranging.  If you require further specific information regarding assistance with funeral payments, we will be happy to discuss these with you.

 

In order for us to keep our costs down we do require cleared funds three days prior to the cremation taking place (excluding DWP applications).  This can be made by either bank transfer, cheque or cash.
